HOW I USE IT?


1. Depending on the intensity of your microwave, heat the pad between 1.5 to 3 minutes.  Test the temperature before use. 
2. Place the heated pad on your bed and lie over it.
•When it is VERY HOT, <JUMP>
•When it is HOT, <COMPRESS>
•When it is still VERY WARM, <SIT>

Shuffle your body to allow the pad to fit and support your body and spine comfortably. 

3. Leave the pad there for another 30 minutes or you can sleep on it.

HOW DOES IT WORK? WHY CHERRY PITS?

Cherry pits are very good at holding heat and cold.  They have a seed inside the hard shell that has moisture and natural oil. When the Cherry Heart Warmer is put in the microwave, the centre heats up and the shell holds the heat, and the heat is transferred on to the body when being worn. 

The size, filling, and shape gives suitable compression on the muscles, making the pad the perfect way to ease muscle pain and provide optimal relaxation.

CAN THE PAD BE USED AS COLD PAD?

Yes, you may use it for hot or cold. If you desire a cold pack just place the Cherry Heart Warmer in a plastic freezer bag and put in the freezer. It will take one to two hours to get cold. You may keep it in the freezer for as long as you like, even storing it there. 

HOW TO WASK MY CHERRY PITS PAD

General speaking, if you keep it as a personal item, and use it at home/office, it is no need to wash it unless it is stained

The easiest way to wash the pad is to move all the pits to one end, hold them back while washing and rinsing the end that does not contain pits. Then move the pits to the previously washed end and repeat. That way the pits do not become saturated and dries quicker.  Lay flat to dry or microwave it for a few times letting the water evaporated.
